Started by a former registry clerk who was tired of watching people pay twice for the same form.
Bizium opened in 2008 on Half Way Tree Road. Three of us, about four hundred businesses on the books, and a counter rather than an appointment system.
Marlene spent eleven years on the other side of the registry counter, which is the whole reason the rejection rate is what it is: she knows what gets sent back before it is sent. Everything is a fixed fee, published, and we have never issued an invoice billed by the hour.
We are not accountants and we will say so. Anything that needs an audit, a valuation or advice on structuring goes to one of two firms we refer to and take nothing from. Payroll, filings, registration and the annual return are ours.
